 He developed the Atomic Theory, which was initially discovered by John Dalton.

Schrodinger contributed to the wave theory of matter and other fundementals of quantum mechanics. This was known as "Schrodinger's wave equation."(BARG)

 between 1930 and 1950?

 He discovered quantum mechanics in 1933 and the cat thought experiment in 1935.(BARG)

3.    How did they make their discoveries?

 probably research.

4.    How did their discoveries change the world’s view of atoms?

 it helped the world picture that the atom had a positive nucleas and negative electrons around it. It helped prove what the atom actually looked like.
